The Luxor is known for it’s unique pyramid design, Great Sphinx replica and sheer size. It’s the third largest hotel in the entire world. Home to various shows (including Criss Angel & Carrot Top, amongst others), the Luxor contains night clubs, restaurants, and a large 120,000 square foot casino.
We had just spent three nights at Harrah's and loved the location, the convenient parking, the FREE entertainment and NO RESORT FEES. But, for twice the cost, we got a lot less for two nights at Luxor. They justified the RESORT FEE by telling us all we got for it. Well, the "free wi-fi" never worked...heck, it was the only place in Vegas that our smart phones wouldn't even work consistently; the gym and the pools were not on our list of things to do, and even the Daily Newspaper never showed up...which we really didn't care about, we get our news on our phones. I think this is a terrible way to treat guests...extra fees for NOTHING .... not right!
when i ordered this trip on line I specifically asked if there was any additional fees and was told no.I was charged an 18.00 a day that i was not i\nformed about
