Steve Wynn’s former stomping grounds, the Golden Nugget has downtown best pool, including a shark tank. The hotel recently added the ‘Gold’ tower, an upscale set of rooms with many of the major amenities found in Strip locations. The hotel has a large gambling floor, a showroom and Fremonts only night club, named Gold Diggers. It is the only **** rated downtown property. On-site parking is free for guests.
